We charge a 13% sales commission — no listing fees, no hidden costs. You earn from the first sale, and your margins remain yours.

Payouts are automated to your Stripe account (via Stripe Connect). We release funds on day 30 after delivery if no return was opened. If a return is opened in time, we hold that order’s payout until it’s resolved (item received/proof provided), then settle. All customer payments are securely processed and held by From Tribe’s payment provider until your payout is released.

Most vendors are fully set up within 3–5 business days after approval.

The exact timing depends on how quickly you input product data and payout details.

Yes. After onboarding, you can manage and update your listings, stock levels, and product photos anytime through your account.

From Tribe runs shared campaigns that feature multiple brands. By joining, your brand benefits from our collective marketing reach — newsletters, social media, editorial stories, and drops. Together, small brands gain big visibility.

You always own your brand and the content you upload. By submitting images, logos, or text, you grant From Tribe permission to use them for showcasing and promoting your products across our platform and marketing channels. Any promotional materials or edits we create on top of your content belong to From Tribe, but your originals remain yours.

Yes. From Tribe follows GDPR standards for data storage and privacy. Your files, documents, and communication are secured and never shared with third parties outside necessary payment and shipping providers.

From Tribe follows EU consumer law, which gives shoppers 14 days from delivery to withdraw from a purchase. If a return is opened, we coordinate communication and notify you so you can receive and inspect the item, then issue the refund if due. Refunds are processed within 14 days of the customer’s withdrawal notice, but we may wait until the item is received or proof of dispatch is provided, as permitted by law. Some categories (for example, custom-made or hygiene-sealed items) may be exempt from this right.

Every order on From Tribe is covered by the EU’s 2-year legal guarantee. If a product is faulty or not as described, the customer can request a repair, replacement, or refund. Vendors are responsible for handling warranty claims and providing the appropriate solution under EU law. From Tribe helps coordinate communication and ensure that customers receive fair support, but the vendor remains the official seller. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.

We’re starting in Europe, focusing first on EU-based vendors. Our platform is designed for cross-EU expansion, and new regions will be added soon.

Vendors handle packaging and shipping using carriers available in their country.

Yes. You can deactivate your account or pause sales at any time after fulfilling existing orders and closing open payouts. There are no cancellation fees.
