Semi-Annual Average Monthly Active Recipients (AMAR) Declaration
In compliance with the DSA, we declare that our Average Monthly Active Recipients (AMAR) in the European Union is <45 million, well below the threshold designating a Very Large Online Platform (VLOP) or Very Large Online Search Engine (VLOSE).
DSA Art. 29: Micro and Small Enterprise Exemption (Articles 30–32)
Under Article 29 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act), online platforms that qualify as micro or small enterprises within the meaning of Commission Recommendation 2003/361/EC (fewer than 50 employees and annual turnover or balance sheet total under €10 million) are exempt from the obligations set out in Section 4 (Articles 30, 31, and 32). Fromtribe OÜ qualifies as a small enterprise under these criteria and exercises this statutory exemption regarding formal trader verification pre-audits while upholding voluntary artisan vetting and platform standards.
