By accessing or using the FromTribe marketplace website at fromtribe.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all shoppers, sellers, and visitors.
2. Platform Roles & Authentication
FromTribe provides a decentralized multi-vendor marketplace platform. Authentication and identity management are powered by FromTribe identity services. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
3. Purchases & Stripe Payments
All transactions are processed securely via Stripe. When purchasing products, funds are split automatically between the platform commission (13%) and the respective independent artisans.
4. Shipping, Customs & VAT
Sellers ship items directly. Cross-border purchases may be subject to customs duties and VAT based on the destination country and the product's HS codes. Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs clearance fees.
5. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
